Online Refund Policy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site.
1. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and will be dispatched only after payment has been taken.
2. If your product is faulty or defected, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the postal cost incurred by you in returning the item to us (provided that a receipt for such costs is provided).
3. You have the right to cancel any order you have placed, providing the item is kept as new. You can call us on 01792 560020. You may return them up to 7 working days, starting from the day after the goods were received, in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
4. The price of the product shown includes VAT but excludes delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
5. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you confirmation.
6. Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa / MasterCard / Delta / Connect or Switch. You cannot pay for your order by cash or cheque.
7. We reserve the right to terminate the contract with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.
